dewa06 Terms & Conditions — User Agreement

Your access to and use of the dewa06 platform is subject to your unconditional acceptance of and compliance with these Terms & Conditions, together with dewa06's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. These documents collectively constitute the full legal agreement between you and dewa06.

dewa06 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, dewa06 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the dewa06 platform following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of dewa06, regardless of their location, device, or method of access. One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one active dewa06 account. If dewa06 identifies that a user holds or has held multiple accounts — whether concurrently or sequentially — dewa06 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending wagers or bonus balances, and withhold any withdrawals pending investigation. The one account policy exists to protect the integrity of the platform and to prevent bonus abuse and fraudulent account creation.

Account Credentials

Upon successful registration, you will create a username and password that serve as your login credentials. You are solely responsible for keeping these credentials confidential. dewa06 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. KYC Identity Verification

Accepted Payment Methods

dewa06 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency conversion fees are applied to BDT transactions.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your dewa06 account balance in real time for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one business day for bank transfer methods.
• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered dewa06 user will be returned to the source, and the dewa06 account may be suspended pending investigation.
• dewa06 does not accept deposits made using credit facilities extended by financial institutions — all deposits must originate from funds you already hold in your payment account.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the dewa06 account. Cross-name withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Accounts that have not completed KYC will have their withdrawal requests held in a pending state until verification is complete.
• dewa06 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusual in size, frequency, or destination, as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Transaction Security

All payment transactions on dewa06 are processed over encrypted HTTPS connections. bKash and Nagad transactions are additionally authenticated through those platforms' own security systems. dewa06 does not store full payment card numbers or mobile banking PINs. Financial data is handled in compliance with internationally recognised data security standards.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or mobile money provider in relation to a dewa06 deposit — rather than contacting dewa06 support directly to resolve the issue — is considered a fraudulent act under these Terms & Conditions. dewa06 will contest all chargebacks and reserves the right to close any account from which a chargeback has been initiated, pending investigation. Legitimate deposit disputes should always be raised directly with dewa06 support in the first instance.

Bonus Eligibility

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, each bonus is available to each eligible user once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including by creating additional accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and account closure.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms. As a general guide:

• Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). The specific contribution rates for each game category are stated in the relevant promotion terms.

Bonus Expiry

Abuse and Misuse

dewa06 monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure. dewa06's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

dewa06's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

dewa06 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is discontinued after a user has already activated it, their existing bonus balance and associated wagering progress will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time of activation.

By using dewa06, you agree to use the platform lawfully, fairly, and in good faith. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Providing false registration information — including false name, date of birth, or contact details.
• Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or using third-party identities.
• Underage access — accessing or attempting to access dewa06 while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a person under 18.
• Using automated software — including bots, scripts, macros, or AI-driven tools that interact with the dewa06 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software errors — deliberately using a technical glitch, error, or vulnerability in dewa06's software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from identified errors are void.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players in live table or poker games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the house.
• Money laundering — using dewa06's deposit and withdrawal facilities to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. dewa06 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.

• Circumventing access controls — using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to misrepresent your location or to access dewa06 from a jurisdiction where access is restricted.
• Unauthorised commercial activity — using dewa06 for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised in writing by dewa06, including scraping odds data, reselling account access, or operating affiliate activities outside dewa06's official affiliate programme.

dewa06 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including but not limited to: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, voiding of pending wagers, and referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on the dewa06 platform — including but not limited to the dewa06 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of dewa06 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dewa06 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the dewa06 platform without the prior express written consent of dewa06.

Game content displayed on dewa06 — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others; live dealer content from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; and crash game content from Spribe — is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to dewa06 for display on the platform. • The user's account activity is consistent with money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• The user has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith.
• Continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to dewa06.
• The user has been identified as being under 18 years of age.
• The user has requested self-exclusion or account closure (in which case closure is actioned promptly and without question).

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your dewa06 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Before closing your account, please ensure that any real-money balance has been withdrawn to your registered payment method. dewa06 will process account closure requests within 24 hours. Accounts closed voluntarily with a remaining real-money balance will have that balance returned to the user's last active payment method.

Self-Exclusion

Effect of Closure on Balances

Upon account closure for Terms & Conditions violations or fraudulent conduct, dewa06 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds, as well as any pending withdrawal requests. Where account closure is voluntary or for responsible gaming reasons, real-money balances are returned in full to the user's registered payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon closure regardless of the reason.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
